My order showed up exactly as it was supposed to, which is apparently worth mentioning these days. Nothing was missing, everything was right, and it even arrived on time. it was a easy experience with no issues, so credit where it’s due
"Return was fine, just slower than I expected"
I ordered a jacket from moosejaw and ended up having to send it back because the sizing was off. The return itself wasn’t really difficult, actually, it was straightforward — but the refund took longer to show up than I thought it would. Customer service did get back to me, just not exactly fast. I also found the exchange options a little confusing at first. Overall, not a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Decent gear, but nothing special"
The gear was okay overall. The jacket looked fine at first, but the stitching felt a little cheap once I actually wore it. Anyway... it’s not terrible, just not as impressive as I was hoping.

I had a question about my order and Moosejaw got back to me way faster than I expected. The person I talked to was friendly and actually helped me instead of just sending some generic canned response. Overall, it was a really easy experience with no complaints, and I walked away feeling taken care of.
"Deals looked better than they were"
I did find some decent discounts, but I felt a little misled because the prices still varied a lot and weren’t always the cheapest. It seemed like a great deal at first, but after comparing a bit, not everything was as good as it looked
"Not much in stock lately"
I’ve been checking back a few times, but the selection has been weak lately and a lot of the stuff I actually want is out of stock. It’s also frustrating because it feels like there are little policy loopholes that make it harder for regular customers to get what they need while certain items disappear fast. Just wish they’d keep things better stocked and make the process feel a bit more fair.

"Buying One Jacket Shouldn’t Take This Much Effort"
I really like the gear, but wow, the website was a hassle. The filters kept resetting, pages took forever to load, and checkout felt way more clunky than it needed to be. I just wanted to buy one jacket, and somehow it turned into a whole energy-draining chore

"Shipping could’ve been better"
My order showed up later than expected, which was a bit frustrating, but at least the tracking info was accurate and easy to follow. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’d say the shipping was just okay
